Our process utilizes CalmPulse™ haptic feedback and guided breathing, in combination with calming ambient nature sounds and soothing animated visuals, to provide for a mediation experience unlike any other.
Meditate for a total of 10 minutes a day at your leisure by breaking up the time into micro-sessions, as needed. Or, meditate the full 10 minutes in one sitting.
Keep your streak going by setting yourself a daily meditation reminder in the app. Save your meditation sessions to the Apple Health app on iPhone, and track your daily sessions within the app.
