from my iPhone all I can say is WOW! The on-air announcer could not get over how simple to use (30 second walkthrough). This is a whole new way to do remote broadcasting. No need for baggage or trucks. The quality is excellent. I could not recommend this app more highly… Gold medal to Tieline.

Been using it all week for a very fluid promotion with great success. We have used a combination of live and FTP and will struggle to go back to traditional methods. Well thought out, very stable App and a great tool to have in the arsenal.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE APP
- Broadcast HD quality audio interviews live over the air. Just load the app, choose “Report Live”, hit the connect button and start talking into the iphone mic. – You’re live on the air.
- Live cross to the studio. It’s bi-directional so you can listen for studio cues & instructions using ear buds plugged into the iPhone over the same link.
- Pre-record/store news, sports, interviews & stories to your iPhone, then organise them into playlists that can be used for playback into a live broadcast.
- Don’t need to broadcast live? Then FTP an audio file (WAV or AAC-LC) of your report to the station for later play out.

WHAT DO I NEED IN THE STUDIO
Broadcasting live from your iPhone is a one button connection to the Tieline codec in the studio. In the studio, you need an IP enabled Tieline Bridge-It or G3 codec. There are also firmware version requirements for Tieline codecs. See registration confirmation email or support FAQs for details.
