Double tap anywhere on a blank mockup screen (or shake your device) to bring up the main menu, you can then start to add controls to your mockup screen, move & resize controls as you wish, and double tap any control to bring up the control menu for fine-tune & options.
When your mockup screen is filled with controls, you can always shake your device to bring up the main menu.

Q: How do I bring up a control that's covered by another one?
A: Bring up the main menu (by shaking the device or double tap on mockup screen blank area), then tap 'Organize Controls' buttons, you can either drag to the top, or just tapping the control to edit the control's attribute.
Q: How do I export my mockup screen to a image file?
A: Choose 'Share' option in the main menu, then tap 'Save Image' to save the image to your camera roll, or 'Email Image' to email the image as an attachment.
Q: How do I backup my works?
A: Sync with iTunes and all your data will be backed up by iTunes.
Q: Will there be an update for even more controls and options?
A: Of course! And updates will be free.
