1.Basic features
-Group Creating
You can determine the group members when creating the group.
-Drag & Drop
With more convenient Drag&Drop way, you can change the group members more easily and immediately if necessary.
-Group mail / Group SMS
You can send SMS or mails to the individuals or people in a group.
-Easy searching
Contact details are available with just initial sound of the name or some of the phone numbers
-Dialpad
You can get a list of the necessary contacts by just pressing some of the phone numbers, and therefore choose one person from the list to call at once.
-Favorites
Favorites are available for frequent contacts (You need to set up this function in Settings). Just one touch is enough for your easy contact.
-Recent Callers’ List
Check the list you dialed recently through BizContact, then you will find the calling list including SMS, Facetime saved in it. Available again to give a call directly to the persons in the same way previously done.
-Contact in various ways
Phone, SMS, e-mail, Facetime, Twitter, Facebook, of course, are all available to contact the persons.
2.E-mail management
BizContact is equipped with a simple e-mail client. Now you can use this program in order to write an e-mail and receive as well.
-E-mail Review function (only for IMAP)
Set up the IMAP server in Settings for your e-mails, then you can pick up the e-mails only received from the specific person among all e-mails in the account.
-Use of attachment files
If you set up ‘save attachment’ in Settings, then you can check the attachment files upon receipt of the e-mail messages.
-Reply and Forward (including attachment files)
You can reply to an e-mail and forward it, together with attachment files as well.
★The e-mail client equipped on BizContact is for a simple use. When you download too many mail lists at one time (ex. when the first mail is inquired) or store too large attachment files, you can be faced with some problems such as out of memory or So please delete unnecessary e-mails from time to time. They will be deleted only at BizContact.
3.SNS Management
-Twitter
If you register someone’s twitter ID in Contact lists, you can be served with all his or her own tweets on Timeline. Mentions and DM, of course, are also in service, and you can write to him or her by yourself.
In case of Timeline, it is choosable to review the whole Timeline or a specific person’s writings of all.
-Facebook
If you register someone’s facebook ID in Contact lists, you can visit his or her facebook to reach the facebook timeline and load your writings on it.
4.Minutes of the meeting
-You can take notes at the offline meeting with someone registered on your contact lists.
-When and where you had a meeting are automatically input Through the map inside, so you can take some notes at any time if necessary.
5.Other features
-BizContact is automatically synchronized with iPhone’s contact details, but the group info, come from Exchange, are not in synchronization.
-Contact lists, Favorites, and Dialpad can be chosen as a first page if you want to, and any time you can give a change there.
-For the page of contacts, you can choose between the icon style and the list style.
-After the phone call, you can be back to BizContact right away. This feature helps you check the phone number once again through pop-up window even while talking. However, it is not applicable for Facetime.
-You can share the contact details with others through e-mail or SMS.
