The ‘Zombie Tag: Challenge’ is an active mobile gps game, it uses real-time geo-tracking so you can play a game with friends where you live.
Survivors are chased in real life by the Zombie(s) in a game of tag, without the need to physically touch anyone. While GPS has certain inaccuracies they are just right for a real-life game. We have found that the iPhone 4 and higher devices have a GPS better suited for game play. That coupled with our efforts to mesh multiple devices for playing and efforts to continue enhancing development of our engine to make the game interesting and fun. So strategize as you play to avoid becoming part of the undead!
With real-time scoring, 8-bit style graphics for multiple players shown on every device and other goodies in the game, how much or little you want to watch the screen while playing is up to you. Just be sure to watch out for what’s in front (and behind) you.

HOW TO PLAY:
One person creates the game, using the ‘Create Game’ button. Give it a name, select how long you want to play and create a map (boundary you want to play within) or select a map already defined.
Everyone else who wants to play selects the ‘Join Game’ button and then picks the game to join. Everyone will then then sees all the other players joining, when the creator is ready they select the ‘Start Game’ button.
A short countdown timer is displayed, now its time to scatter and run! Check the lower left corner to see if you are a ‘Survivor’ or ‘Zombie’.
SCORING POINTS:
* Survivor points are scored for every second of the game that you avoid becoming a Zombie.
* Zombie points are scored by chasing the Survivor. No need to actually touch anyone or play rough, just chase. The closer you are to the survivor the more hit points. Watch as you play for special finishing points.
When the time runs out or if everyone is converted the game is over and the top score for the Survivors and Zombies will be displayed.
