Meet Stacked - Your New Personal Trainer
Stacked is different from any other workout application. I know that everyone is different, so I made it for you!
Stacked includes a highly-acclaimed leveling system so you can find where you stand in the workout difficulty and always be working to advance to the next level.
Workouts are classified into three groups: Basics, FITting In, and Stacked. Basics is for people that do not workout much, or even have never been to a gym! FITting In is for the average person, and soon enough we can get you looking better than the average person, it's our job. The Stacked workouts are for bodybuilders or those that want to be bodybuilders. The application eases you into the intense workouts and diet challenges, so there is no 'cold turkey'!
Don't know how to operate a machine in the gym? Don't worry! There are demonstration videos of official Stacked athletes for almost every machine in the gym. Sometimes animation demonstrations of workouts aren't that natural, so I decided to have a real person doing each workout.
